Hate could be a good thing too, otherwise we wouldn't or couldn't be able to feel it. Your wisdom game might be lacking but you are getting there judging by this post, keep climbing those steps bruvva.
You're definitely right about that. I don't quite know how to handle the concept of duality in my head without it wanting to split open, so I guess my way of "handling it" is just kind of ignoring it altogether. To me, it feels like if there will always be an equal amount of hate that there is love or an equal amount of good that there is evil, then why pursue anything if the ultimate goal of peace or whatever can't actually be achieved? But hey, I'm only 19 after all, I've still got many years to grow and handle more complex shit in my head lol, so maybe one day it will make sense to me
@TheBestBroster Theres a reason why many great wise men were completely fucking nuts as well. Most people ain't ready to take on such conflicting and at first glance nonsensical facts all at once. You just keep at it and you will get up there with the great crackpots in the sky.
Hehe thank you for the encouragement :) And now that I think about it a little, since you said that hate can be a good thing-- It can be a good thing---- if it is channeled properly, yknow? Like, flying hijacked planes into the twin towers was definitely an example of improperly and immaturely channeled hate, but if you instead channel your hate into respectful intellegent debate, or if you hate seeing poverty and want to act to get rid of it in your town, then that is hate in the name of love. Kind of ironic haha! :D Life really is a great comedy.
There's still yet more nuance to that, I'm aware, but I got like 2 hours of sleep last night, and I spend the last several hours at a doctors appointment, so im ready to just chill in bed and draw for now :P

Hard agree. So many people throw hate because they don't get love, and so many love only to receive hate. The only way to break the cycle is to do your best not to forget to have empathy. Love those who deserve it and be kind to everyone if possible.
